EverNew® PT Decking from CertainTeed Now Available in Two New Colors

(Valley Forge, Pa.) – CertainTeed is enhancing its design options for outdoor living spaces by adding two new shades of EverNew® PT Decking. The new colors, Castle Gray and Tudor Brown, join the existing rich, deep color palette, which is backed by the industry’s only 20-year stain and fade warranty.

“EverNew PT Decking is an ultra-low maintenance decking product that is durable and long-lasting,” says Patti Pellock, senior marketing manager for CertainTeed’s Fence, Railing and Deck division. “Available in natural looking, wood grain embossed patterns as well as tropical colors with exotic, hardwood tones, it is a valuable component of dynamic outdoor living spaces.”

EverNew PT composite decking consists of a high-density polyethylene core and features patent-pending PermaTech™ surface technology from Fiberon® that encapsulates the core and provides for unparalleled stain, fade and scratch resistance. The decking is designed for strength, durability, and rigidity and is resistant to termites, splinters and decay. EverNew PT is backed by a strong 20-year performance warranty and a 20-year stain and fade warranty.

EverNew PT Decking is a low-maintenance product; occasional washing with a standard garden hose will remove dirt and grime, and leave decking looking like new. The new colors join an existing color palette of Bronze, Slate, Ipe Tropics and Rosewood Tropics.
