(Malvern, Pa.) – EJT Contracting, of Saugerties, New York, has won the Remodeler Project of the Quarter award from CertainTeed Corporation for their outstanding work with CertainTeed roofing, siding and trim products used in a very big job on a very small residential home remodel project.

EJT Contracting, a CertainTeed 5 Star siding contractor, took on the task of working with homeowners to give a minimalistic "tiny home" a big, bold personality, and increase energy efficiency with the use of CertainTeed products. Eric Tetreault, owner of EJT Contracting, and his team used CertainTeed Monogram® siding in Cypress to give the home the look and feel of rich, natural cedar, and Landmark® shingles in Cobblestone Gray to blend with the natural environment. Additionally, Restoration Millwork® exterior trim was used to enhance the finishing work.

"The goal of any project is to give homeowners something that really provides them with a ‘wow’ feeling," said Tetreault. "Using CertainTeed products makes it much easier to find the right combination of colors and textures that complement each other and provide a unique look. Using the Monogram siding, Restoration Millwork exterior trim and Landmark shingles on this installation really made this project pop, and provided a maintenance-free look that will help to boost the homes' curb appeal."

CertainTeed Monogram siding is available in a designer palette of more than 40 siding and trim colors. Inspired by nature, these colors are designed to harmonize home and environment. Restoration Millwork exterior trim provides an almost unlimited number of combinations for homeowners to choose from, providing the opportunity to create the perfect look for their homes. Topping off a home with Landmark shingles not only offers a wealth of eye-catching color options and a look that replicates the rich beauty of cedar shake, these asphalt shingles also provide homeowners with the peace of mind that comes with a lifetime limited transferrable warranty.

“We're thrilled to award EJT Contracting the Remodeler Project of the Quarter award,” said Lisa Leone, Director, Building Solutions Loyalty Programs at CertainTeed. “Their eye for detail and expertise in taking projects from basic to beautiful is something that helps them stand out, as well as builds on their commitment to not only meeting, but exceeding customer expectations."

This award marks the first time EJT Contracting has taken home the Remodeler Project of the Quarter award.
