(Malvern, Pa.) – CertainTeed, a leading North American manufacturer of building materials, is set to highlight the latest product offerings in the company’s roofing portfolio, along with new contractor credential programs, at the 2017 Western Roofing Expo. All attendees are encouraged to stop by booth #305, June 12-13, at the Paris Hotel & Casino in Las Vegas, NV to get an inside look at new shingle and accessory products, line expansions, and valuable contractor programs offered by CertainTeed.

With innovation at the heart of this year’s presence for CertainTeed, the company is poised to feature an array of new products, which include:

Arcadia Shake® – Arcadia Shake shingles offer the most authentic replication of classic shake roofing available today. Four layers of highly-refined asphalt make up these large format shingles which meet the industry’s highest fire resistance rating, while offering longevity and

durability unmatched by real wood shake. Arcadia Shake is available in an array of colors, including CRRC-rated solar reflecting options, that will enhance nearly any exterior and provide true curb appeal.

Belmont® – Belmont blends the natural beauty of slate with the state-of-the-art performance characteristics of luxury asphalt roofing, resulting in a high-quality product that is affordable and immediately adds traditional charm to any home. This architectural laminate shingle is available

in six dynamic colors that capture the depth and dimension of natural slate. Belmont is maintenance free, wind and fire resistant, and comes with a lifetime limited warranty, providing homeowners with total peace of mind. Class IV impact resistant versions are available in the central United States.

RoofRunner™ – Rounding out the new product offerings from CertainTeed is RoofRunner, a lightweight and tear-resistant synthetic polymer-based underlayment. Featuring a scrim-reinforced, high traction, water-resistant surface for safe wet/dry walkability, and a large roll size (48” x 250’), contractors will appreciate RoofRunner’s speedy ease of installation. In addition to exceeding the performance requirements of ASTM D226 and D4869, RoofRunner is Class A fire rated and complies with ICC-ES AC188.

“The Western States Roofing Contractors Association always does an incredible job putting the Expo together. The show serves as an incredible vehicle to highlight our continuous commitment to innovation and the roofing community,” said Bob Gardiner, Vice President of Marketing for CertainTeed Roofing. “A setting like this also affords our team the opportunity to highlight the best in curb appeal, performance and value – topics always on the mind for contractors and consumers.”

In addition to the newer products on display, CertainTeed will also feature:

Presidio® Metal Roofing – Shake, Slate and Tile award-winning, hyper-realistic options from Presidio enhance the specific architecture of homes with less maintenance, cost and worry than traditional materials. Made from high-performance deep draw steel, Presidio Metal Roofing is engineered with incomparable durability and designed with statement-making authenticity —providing the look homeowners want and the protection they need.
